When working together, I take a highly personalized approach - our bodies and lives are all very different. So, through one-on-one coaching, we'll develop a manageable plan that fits you and your lifestyle. I will help you set up actionable steps, deal with lingering baggage (we all have it), and keep you going with non-sappy motivation. We'll work together to get you where you want to be.

If you're busy, but want accountability and maximum one-on-one communication, this package is for you. We'll work together over the course of 3 months (via meetings and email support in-between) to find a sustainable lifestyle that produces the results you want.
